Transformer on-load tap-changer tester is mainly used to test the mechanical performance and electrical properties of transformer on-load tap-changer Performance, such as action time, action speed, insulation resistance, dielectric loss tangent, etc. This instrument is designed according to the mechanical and electrical performance test requirements of on-load tap-changers. The instrument adopts computer control technology, has a friendly man-machine interface, and has the characteristics of simple operation and fast test speed.
Scope of application:
Transformer on-load tap-changer tester can test power transformers and transformer on-load tap-changers on-site and The performance test in the laboratory has high measurement accuracy, fast speed and simple operation. It can be widely used in power departments, industrial and mining enterprises, scientific research institutes and schools to test the on-load tap-changers of power transformers and transformers.
How to use:
1. Put the switch in the off position and press the power switch.
2. Press the "On" or "Off" key to observe the display screen. There are two functions on the display screen: one is on/off, the other is on/off, just switch the state of the switch to these two functions during the test;If the indicator light is off, it means the switch is off;
3. Connect one end of the test line to the on-load tap-changer and the other end to the instrument. Then turn on the power switch;
4. The instrument starts testing.
Measuring result judgment method:
1. Mechanical performance index: The mechanical performance of the on-load tap-changer includes: action time, action speed, operation Stroke and rated torque, the qualification standard of mechanical performance index is: meet the requirements in the table below.
2. Electrical performance indicators: The electrical performance indicators of on-load tap-changers include insulation resistance and dielectric loss tangent value, operating time, rated current and switching speed of the tap changer. When the electrical performance index of the on-load tap-changer is qualified, its insulation resistance should not be less than 10MΩ; the action time should not be greater than 1s; the dielectric loss tangent value should not be less than 0.5°; the action speed should not be greater than 10m/s.
3. The ambient temperature has a great influence on the electrical performance of the on-load tap-changer. If the ambient temperature is too high, the The on-load tap-changer acts slowly or produces abnormal noises. If the ambient temperature is too low, the on-load tap-changer will act slowly, or even fail to switch normally. The detection of transformer switching characteristics is a particularly important part of our power system, especially the safety detection of switches in high-voltage environments, to ensure the perfect performance of switch parameters , can make our work more smoothly.
